Materials quantity depends on personal preference.

The braised time depends on the pork size you cut.




Water Boiled Eggs   : 


Besides pork, dried tofu, kelp, eggs, 

there are many other types of Tofu Taiwanese 

braise together. 


Easily cooking brings you appetizing 





              Fresh Pork   : 





Spices  :   Star anise, 

                 Cinnamon, Geranium leaves




Ginger, Red Chilly, Scallion : 




Seasoning :  

Soy Bean Sauce, White Wine

 Only Add 

 Soy Bean Sauce + a bit Sugar + Rice Wine +

Boiled + Cleaned the Raw Pork   : 




Preparing all the materials   : 





A bit oil to fry Ginger  : 



Add Pork   :  





Fry till Yellow Golden   :  





Put some Spice Powder  :  






Cover the lid and allow a rim opened   : 
Medium heat to boil 
After boiled, turn to low heat but must remain boiling 






After 30 minutes boiled, Finished   :
