Taiwan Stir-fried Rice Noodles
( My Mom's Recipe )
Many friends asked me why not posted in YT ?
I answered : No, because I do not want to become
a famous figure ( celebrity ). I prefer share my
delicious food with friends by internet in low key.
Once, friends try to cook one of my introduced
dishes, they sense how appetizing food are !
They will cook the second one, the 3rd, .......
I wish to lead their way to be a nice cook of Taiwan
dishes so their family happy and satisfied while
around the table. 👪🍴🍳

Taiwan Famous RICE NOODLES :
Dried Squid :
Shred by Scissors
Soak in Water to soften :
After Soften, Clean it :
Dried Shrimps :
Soak in Water and Clean
Pork Shred and Shiitake Mushrooms :
TIP :
Squid,Shrimps,Shiitake Mushroom
must buy the DRIED type.
Because ONLY DRIED ones may bring enough Fragrance. ~
It is important !

Open the Rice Noodles Pack
and Soak in Water :
Scissors to the Proper Length :
Must use Taiwan Celery :
( important ! )
Taiwan celery is more tender and much more fragrant
Seasonings :
Soy Bean Sauce
Black Pepper
5 Mixed Spices ( important )
( can be easily found in supermarket )
Black Vinegar
A bit salt
A bit sugar ( optional )

Cooking Process :
Add Filtered Water + Cover :
Add Taiwan Celery :
TIP :
Mainly use Chopsticks to Stir.
Do not only use shovel,
it will cause rice noodles broken.
Be sure to use Chopsticks !

Give you such a Full Like
Note :
Actually my mom additionally add chicken stomach chops into the recipe.
Above demonstration I did not add them as I know friends of many
countries do not eat chicken stomachs.
