My German Friend Asked me How to Prepare this Dish for Christmas Eve🎅😋😊🎄 Family Dinner.
It is so easy ~~ She can Make it 💃
Seasonings :
Angelica sinensis
( very important )
Astragalus Root
Wolf Berries
Dried Red Dates
( cut open before cooking )
Scallion
Ginger
a bit salt

Rice wine + Yellow wine
( or either will do )

Cooking Process :
Fresh Shrimps
Clean them
Clean the seasonings :
Boiled Water :
Seasonings + Water
boiled 15 minutes.
Turn Off the oven fire ,
wait till it cooled.
Shrimps fast Blanched 10 seconds :

Put Cooked shrimps in the big bowl,
soaking cooked seasonings water+
Yellow or White wine :
---------------------------------------
Keep in Refrigerator till the Next Day.
*** Wine soup is edible too.
If keep in refregerator 2 days, 3 days ... wine fragrance is much more thick, much more drooling ~😋😋😋😋😍
