Peel off its skin  :

Recipe :  Loofah 
                Clams
                Scallion 
                Goji berry ( wolf berry ) 
                Gingle



          Fresh alive clams add some salt + water :
                 ( help clams to vomit the sands )

   Chop and Get Ready



        Add a bit vegetable oil 
                    to Heat the Pan  :  






        Put in Gingle shredded to fry
         then put in Loofah stir-fry





  Put in Cleaned Clams ( without sand )
             Cover the Lid :

             



        Put in  Red Goji Berry 
                          + Scallion 
                          + a bit tiny water :
 


 Stir All  : 



 Till the chopped loofah turn to soft 
 means all cooked, finished.
 ( Loofah itself is juicy 
         so itself releases much juice 
                 during the cooking process )

        Only a bit salt
