Make the Bamboo Shoots' Salad  :  

Bamboo shoots washed.

Cut off the sharp top.

Keep its shell in order to keep sweetness.  

              Put them into cold water in pot

                      Add a bit salt

       Heat it till boiled and turn down 

       to smaller fire ( keep boiled status always )

       Pot cover can NOT be opened or lifted

       during the cooking process .

Tips : 

Don't lift ( open) the pot's cover all the way. ❌❌❌😆

Stop your curiosity  !! 

otherwise, bamboo shoots became " bitter "

 After 60 minutes cooking, 

take them out with shell 

Ｉｃｅ them 

ｉｎ the ｒｅｆｒｉｇｅｒａｔｏｒ．
