The Relationship

Between Loofah and Cancer

Loofah is as nutritious as dark leafy greens.

It contains interferon inducers, which can stimulate the body to produce interferon, enhancing immunity, and providing antiviral, anti-cancer, and cancer-preventive effects.

It contains carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin E, and trace amounts of selenium, which have antioxidant properties, neutralizing carcinogens in the body and inhibiting cancer cell growth.

With a water content of up to 95%, it is suitable for those undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy, as well as the elderly and children.

From young to mature, loofah contains both soluble and insoluble fiber, which aids in intestinal motility, preventing carcinogens from remaining in the intestines and thus expelling them from the body, preventing cancer.

Loofah contains saponins, which have antioxidant properties and are also related to cancer prevention and treatment.

It contains trigonelline, which has an inhibitory effect on cancer cells. Patients with insufficient salivary gland secretion can eat stir-fried loofah or loofah soup to increase oral lubrication, making it easier to chew and swallow. It can be eaten by patients with head and neck cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It can also help patients undergoing radiotherapy (head and neck) to swallow food.

It is an excellent vegetable.

Taiwanese love it.

Try it ! 👄☝✌💕😋💪💪💯
