Fresh Pineapple cut into slices   :

Clean by white wine before use   : 




Fresh pineapple with salt   : 




After 1~2 hours till soft 
Put into the glass jar    :  


One layer pineapple
 One layer Fermented Soy Beans 


Before sealed the jar cover,

add 2 pieces of Licorice 

Put the glass jar pineapple at 
cool corner ( no direct sun )

After 2 months, you can taste it.
