Preparing  :  






Cleaning the fresh Kohlrabi : 




Cleaning the Red Chilly / Coriander/Garlic  : 






Cutting Method   : 

Peel off 




Cut one side Jagged shape 
 allows seasoning easily soak into : 






Add Salt and Stir, 
Keep Waiting for 1 Hour 






Squeeze Out the Bitter Water : 



again Pour the filtered/purified water 
and cleaned once  : 







Put Soy Bean Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sugar, Coriander, Garlic , chilly into the big bowl 
and Stir  : 










You may keep one part of Cold Stir Kohlrabi
 ( Salad ) in the refrigerator 
if your family members are few.
For the next day, it's more refreshing & tasty ~
