Blanch and clean to remove blood

Black Sesame Oil,
Rice Wine,
Soy Bean Sauce
( Above are called 3 cups )
Quantity Depends on Personal Preference
Normally
sesame oil : soy bean sauce : rice wine
= 0.5 : 1 : 0.5
My family usually prefer light salt degree
so use less soy bean sauce.
Fry Ginger :
Fry Chicken Till Golden Yellow :
Add Seasoning and Fry the Color,
Pour a bit Water :
Cover the Lid :
Put in Basil :
( Quickly stir fry )
Finished :
3-Cup Chicken
3-Cup King Oyster Mushroom
3-Cup Tofu
