Taiwanese celery :
It has a strong fragrance, tender stems and leaves. It is mostly used in stir-fried dishes. πŸ‘„πŸ‘„πŸ‘„
(Western celery has a hard texture and thick petioles.  It can be eaten raw as lettuce.)





Taiwan Celery Benefits :

The Ξ²-carotene and vitamin C of  Taiwanese  celery are almost 50 times that of Western celery.

The main star of this dish is :
TAIWAN CELERY 

The supporting actors of this dish are : 
        Parsley( Coriander ), 
        Scallion, 
        Basil 
If you dislike the smell of Coriander,
   you may delete it. 







Soak & Clean  : 




















Finely Chopped  : 







                                                 Add 
Eggs, Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilly  : 






Mix and Stir    : 







Fry in Pan  : 
Fry Both Sides Till Golden Yellow
