Cold dish salad ( King Oyster Mushroom )


Taiwan is an island planting varieties mushrooms.   

All mushrooms are so fresh available at market.  

Mushrooms contain valuable 

polysaccharides.


Today I gonna recommend a cold dish for you   :  

                       

                                King Oyster Mushrooms 



The polysaccharides of Pleurotus eryngii have a growth inhibitory effect on human hepatoblastoma (Hepatoblastoma) and can cause cell apoptosis.

Pleurotus eryngii is delicious, has high nutritional value, is low in calories, is antioxidant, and enhances immunity. It is an important source of nutrition for vegetarians.

King oyster mushrooms are also commonly fried. It is okay to eat fried food occasionally as long as you pay attention to physical and mental balance. However, whether it is king oyster mushrooms or any vegetables, the nutrients will be greatly lost after frying. It can almost be said to be "pure fried food". "


In order to preserve "polysaccharides", what I introduce today is : cold salad




Cook Processing   :  

                        Fresh Raw King Oyster Mushroom  



Cleaned by water   :  




Cut into slices   : 



Boiled water Blanch Poach till Cooked 
( You may take one to taste ..... after about 3 minutes  ) 




Seasonings   :   
Scallion, Ginger, Garlic and Red Chilly 




                               add Fried Sesame seeds 


Salt, Sugar, Soy Bean Sauce, 
Black Rice Vinegar ,
Oil



The Blanch Water can be kept for you to cook noodle at the next day  
( very tasty soup-stock  )  :

and Mix Stir    :
