cut ginger into Thin Slice :
Stir with Salt :
Keep in Glass
Storage container :
White Rice Vinegar + Plum Vinegar
Dried Sour Plum :
Sugar + Dried Sour Plum + Rice/Plum vinegar + Clean Water
Boiled :
put aside till cool ( must )
and pour into the glass food storage :
Cover the lid
and Put into Refrigerator :
You can enjoy it after 1~2 days.
The rest in the glass food storage container
( in refrigerator )
can be kept for 2 ~ 4 weeks.
