                   ( bought from market ) 



       Raw meat blanched / cleaned : 


 Dried bamboo shoots 
    soaked in water to clean : 

    Cleaned pork cut into slices 
                               you want  : 

           Put in pot to fry till golden color : 




                        Materials all are well prepared   : 



 Put in the pan 
          and add soy bean sauce/ a bit sugar  :




Taiwanese people love 
the lean meat and the fat meat together.
They melt in your mouth. 



With rice, you will gladly eat up your meal  :
