Recipe : 
Ground Pork
Shiitake Mushroom
Soy Sauce 
Black Pepper
Shallots
300g Clean Water 
600g Clean Water 
300g  Long Grain Powder






Add Clean Water 300g 
to Stir Mix 300g Powder  : 







Fry Pork / Mushroom in Pan  : 













Fry Shallots 
Put into Cooked Pork /Shiitake
 Add a bit Soy Sauce / Black Pepper
/ salt
600g Cleaned Water  



 
  Continuously Stir the Mixed Liquid BOILED
 Adjust the fire to smaller lest liquid dry.
 Keep on stirring ~  ( Do not leave ! Watch the pot 
 lest burnt ) 
 Till It Becomes Sticky and Thick like Paste.












Evenly grease a bit oil 
at the whole inner parts of mould : 








Put the Sticky Paste into Mould 




Pour Water on the bottom of Pot  :
( about 1/3 height 
    of mould outside rim ) 






Turn on Fire to Steam 
for 40 minutes  : 





FINISHED  : 





CHOPPED and Use some Sauce   : 










This is Taiwan Family Snack.
