Wash it cleanly   : 



Peel off    : 



Cut it very thin : 







Gingle &  Scallion          : 






Boiled Water Blanched The Thin Chop LOTUS ROOTS  : 
Blanch 2 ~ 3 minutes 










Stir all the seasoning.
Put the finished dish into the refrigerator till cold. 
 




Easy DIY & Tasty   : 
add some spicy chilly  

















Cold and Dressed with Coriander :
