Water clean :

cut some cuts, add some salt to soften : 

After 2 hours, 

rewash with filtered water by 2 times  : 

Add some Licorice  : 

Smash as much as you can : 

Put into smashed licorice and some sugar to stir/mix  : 

Cover the lid  : 

Put in the refrigerator  : 

After 7 days can be tasted
